Why Attend Live Marketing Seminars?

It seems that I’ve been running into interesting marketers in the UK recently. My last post discussed the marketing concept developed by Paul Warren of the UK. Now I’ve come across an interesting marketing blog written by some folks in the UK called the Lucid Marketing Blog.

Their recent post that caught my attention discusses the importance of seminars. I just happen to be a big proponent of attending quality seminars as they have been so helpful to me over the years. A good one coming up in St.Louis on November 7th -9th is “The Info-Summit” sponsored by the Glazer-Kennedy Insider’s Circle. Additional information about this Summit which draws people from around the world can be found on Dan Kennedy’s website at www.DanKennedy.com.

Now, back to my friends in the UK. They are promoting the “UK Focus Seminar.” I have never attended this particular seminar, so I can’t personally give a recommendation for it. However, they have a recent post that discusses the importance of home business owners getting out into the real world on occasion to meet other marketers and hear what others are doing. It discuses several common myths about live seminars and points out many of the advantages. This discussion is what I do recommend.

Even if you have no intention of flying to London for this seminar, the post at:

They say that two heads are better than one. And if one is getting an opportunity to meet many successful people in your own field, then exchange of ideas is surely gainsome for everyone concerned. Yes, I second Rick’s opinion about attending a quality seminar.

I’m quite fond of attending seminars to acquire new knowledge on any subject. Yes, we do learn new things during these seminars. But, if the venue is too far off, we can learn it through webinars. May be, webinar seems to be the answer for me.
